Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can request a return and refund under the following conditions.

Return Conditions

You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the invoice.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene-sensitive products such as cosmetics, underwear, and personal care products (unless the product is defective).
After the return approval is received, the product must reach us. After the product reaches us, it is checked and the return process is initiated.

Return Process

Your special return code and shipping address will be sent to you.
Send the product safely to the specified shipping address.
The product will be evaluated within 3 business days after it reaches us.

Refund

When your return is approved, your payment will be refunded to you within 5-10 business days using the same method you made payment.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer only if the product is not defective/damaged.
For orders made with cash on delivery, there may be a transaction fee deduction (please state if applicable).

Damaged or Faulty Products

If the cargo package is damaged when you receive your order, please have a report drawn up before receiving it.
If the product is defective or missing, please contact us within 48 hours.
